How Does this Work?
Step 1: Intro Call – We discuss your goals and discover how I can best help you.
Step 2: Start Date – The next available spot will be assigned to you and saved by your project deposit.
Step 3: Content Exchange – I send you an in-depth business and website questionnaire. You send me your Brand Guide and website content. If you aren’t sure what content to write let me know in step 1, so I can help you through this process with my Website Content Creation doc prior to your project start date.
Step 4: Project Begins – Using the information you’ve given me and research on your industry, I get to work creating a wireframe for your unique website.
Step 5: Wireframe Discussion – We meet and discuss your website wireframe and design ideas.
Step 6: Website Design – I get to work creating a strong, eye-catching website that will convert your browsers into customers. Then, I send you the link to view your website.
Step 7: Feedback & Refinements – You send me feedback a couple of days after website presentation and I make the necessary revisions to perfection.
Step 8: Finshing Touches – I add the last behind the scenes technical stuff for search engine optimization etc.
Step 9: Launch – You give your site a final look over and let me know when you want it to go live!

I’m commited to giving you an exceptional web design experience through one-to-one service, high standard perfessionalism and integrity meeting the needs of your valuable project.
How does payment work?
Payments keep the project rolling!
A non-refundable payment of 25% deposit is required upfront to secure your spot on my calendar. Another 25% is due after the wireframe and 25% after design. The final 25% is due after you approve the design and before the site is launched.
Any discounts and/or adjustments will be made to the final invoice.
If the project exceeds the services detailed in the proposal, KayKelso, LLC will let you know prior to overages and project adjustments can be made to fit your needs.
A late fee of $25 per week will be assessed on all invoices within 15 days after the invoice is received.
The USD payments are accepted via card or Bank Transfer through my invoicing software.
Can I add more pages or additional functions to my website if needed?
Absolutely! If you need more pages than included in the package and/or additional functions to your website, you can let me know on your website questionnaire.
Will I be able to make changes on my own after you hand over my website?
Absolutely! WordPress sites are easy to navigate. You’ll have the freedom to write new blog posts, update copy and add-remove photos etc on your website.
However, I’m happy to help you with any updates or additional website pages after we finish the initial project on an hourly basis.
Do you offer on-going website services?
Absolutely! Once you’ve entrusted me with your brand, I’m commited to your business as your “on-call” professional print & web designer. Your business is my business and building a long lasting relationship with my clients is what I’m all about.
I offer continued design service through hourly basis or monthly retainer plans.
Do you need to have all final website copy and images before you start my website?
Yes! You need to provide all the final copy and images prior to site design. If you need assistance with either of those let me know in our Intro Meeting or on the website questionnaire.
Do I need to buy a domain before you develop my website?
Yes! I highly recommend to purchase your domain name via GoDaddy. I’ll take care of your hosting.
